Ingredients

For one glass of flour you need to take:

  • vegetable milk - 1 glass;
  • coconut (or other vegetable) oil - 1 tablespoon;
  • apple cider vinegar - 1 teaspoon;
  • soda - 1 teaspoon;
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon.

For a more filling and satisfying snack, add a tablespoon of chia seeds, which must first be mixed with 3 tablespoons of water or plant milk.

The process of making mini pancakes

First, you need to mix all the dry bulk ingredients.

Then you need to mix in first the melted butter, then the milk and all the other ingredients.

The dough should be mixed and left for 10 minutes at room temperature.

For the ideal size of these pancakes, you can use a teaspoon. They need to be baked on medium heat. The frying pan needs to be preheated.
