- 250 g of cereal;
- 500 ml of water;
- 2 boiled eggs;
- one onion;

First, you will need to cook buckwheat using the classic method - sort it out, wash it, fill it with water and cook it under a lid for 20 minutes until it is completely ready. Add salt during the cooking process.
Boil the eggs. They need about 10 minutes.
Fry the onion in a separate frying pan.
When the buckwheat is ready, season it with a small amount of unrefined vegetable oil. It can be replaced with butter.
Add chopped boiled eggs, herbs, spices. Add fried onions.
