Then the cheese should be mixed with egg, garlic, salt and minced meat.
The mixture must be thoroughly mixed, and then the meatballs can be formed.
It is best to make larger balls from this meat dough.
They should be baked for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
The dish will be much tastier if served with a special sauce.
To do this, you need to fry tomatoes in their own juice, pieces of onion and garlic for about 15 minutes in a frying pan with sugar, salt and pepper.
Then the resulting mass should be poured into a baking dish with meatballs. The dish should be kept in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle the treat with chopped fresh herbs.
