1. Add salt to taste to the prepared mince, pepper and spices, one egg and mix thoroughly.
2. Divide the finished mass into two equal parts.
3. Roll out the cling film and place one part of the minced meat on it, rolling it out so that the layer fits in the frying pan.
4. Beat two eggs with salt and pepper, pour the mixture into a flat plate, and put a layer of minced meat on top. Now you can remove the cling film.
5. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and carefully move the layer into it together with the egg, so that it is at the bottom.
Fry for 2 minutes over medium heat, turn over and fry for another 4 minutes.
6. Place the egg side down on a plate, spread with mayonnaise, add slices of tomatoes and cucumbers and roll into a roll.
