What ingredients are needed for an omelette with vegetables

Everything is as simple as possible here. For 5 eggs you should take:

  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • bell pepper - 2 pcs.;
  • salt and ground black pepper;
  • vegetable oil.

How to cook an omelette with vegetables

Onions, peppers and tomatoes should be cut into small half rings, and then fried in a preheated frying pan with oil.

First, you need to put the onion in the frying pan, and after three minutes you can add the rest of the vegetables.

They should be kept on the fire for another two minutes, and then they should be poured with beaten eggs.

Cover and cook the omelette over low heat for about five more minutes.
