Yulia Arkhipova, an expert in the field of cooking for the online publication Belnovosti, shared a simple recipe for semolina pudding.

Ingredients

  • milk - 500 ml;
  • semolina - 120 g;
  • sugar - 30-40 g;
  • butter - 20 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • corn starch - 1 tbsp;
  • vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.

In addition, it would not be a bad idea to prepare 2 beaten yolks to coat the treat.

How to make semolina pudding

The milk should be brought to a boil, and then sugar and a pinch of salt should be added to it.

Once the ingredients have dissolved, you can add semolina. Cook the porridge for about three minutes.

Then turn off the heat and mix in the butter, egg and starch into the finished mixture.

It is advisable to beat this mixture with a mixer until fluffy.

Afterwards, the dough should be placed in a baking dish and the top should be greased with beaten yolks. The dish should be baked for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

Then the pudding should be placed in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.

Before serving, the treat should be decorated with berries and fruits.
