First, mix all the spices. Rub the fillet pieces with oil and seasonings.
Then you need to cut the lemon into thin slices and place them in a baking dish.
For a more intense flavor, add some thyme on top. Place chicken pieces on this "pillow."
The dish needs to be baked for approximately 20-25 minutes at 190 degrees.
Then, when the fire is turned off, the form should be covered with foil for 10 minutes.
