Everyone likes thin pancakes. They are delicious with or without filling, they can be lacy or regular, but sometimes they tear right in the frying pan.
Therefore, with all their qualities, thin pancakes should also be durable, but not “rubber”.
Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to properly prepare thin pancakes.
1. Beat the eggs in a bowl with a whisk, gradually add salt, sugar and mix.
2. Next, pour in a glass of warm milk, stir and sift the flour.
3. You can also mix the dough with a blender – the main thing is that there are no lumps.
4. Continue mixing the dough and pour in the remaining milk, boiled water and vegetable oil.
5. Let the dough stand for 20-30 minutes at room temperature, and you can bake pancakes.
The pancakes will be thin and will not tear in the pan when you try to turn them over.
