Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" chef Yulia Arkhipova said that in this case it is necessary to pay attention to additional ingredients. For example, a good combination will be obtained if you take peas and bacon.
For 2 eggs you should prepare:
First, chop the bacon and tomatoes. Then fry them for about 3 minutes over high heat.
In a separate container, mix eggs with milk and water.
Once the mixture is smooth, you can add a little salt or pepper.
Then the mixture should be poured into a preheated frying pan with oil.
You need to sprinkle peas on top.
After 2 minutes, place the bacon and tomatoes on the egg base. It is better to place them on one half of the omelette. The other half should cover the filling.
Before serving, sprinkle the omelette with chopped herbs.
