To prepare cutlets, you first need to select the right ingredients and calculate their proportions.

Ingredients

  • liver - 600 g;
  • rice - 1/2 cup;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • flour - 1.5 cups.

In addition, for a brighter taste, you need to take a little salt and ground pepper.

How to cook liver cutlets

The offal must be washed, the films removed, and then cut into pieces.

The rice needs to be boiled until half cooked.

Vegetables should be cut into small cubes and fried in a frying pan. Then they need to be combined with liver, pepper and salt, mixed, and then blended or minced.

The resulting minced meat must then be mixed with rice and flour.

Once the mixture is well mixed, you can begin frying the dish in a preheated frying pan.
