Surely only a few have heard of buns with halva. The baked goods are very tasty and aromatic.

Expert of the online publication "BelNovosti" Yulia Arkhipova , a cook and fourth-class baker, told how to bake buns with halva.

You will need:

  • sunflower halva - 200 g;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • ready dough.

How to cook

The easiest way to make this recipe is to buy ready-made dough from the store.

1. Grind the halva, melt the butter and then let cool.

2. The dough must be divided into equal parts and rolled out into identical rectangular layers.

3. Divide the halva into two equal parts, grease the layers with butter and sprinkle with halva, then roll into rolls.

4. The finished rolls need to be cut into several equal parts – future buns.

5. Line a baking sheet with parchment, grease with vegetable oil and lay out the finished dough “washers” with halva filling.

6. Let the buns stand in a warm place for 20-25 minutes, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

When the dough has risen, grease them with vegetable oil on top, sprinkle with sugar and put them in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
