Minced meat is usually used to make cutlets, meatballs, or it is added to pies or pasties.

But you can serve a more original dish, which also turns out delicious and incredibly juicy.

The crispy and aromatic cheese and onion crust will only complement this treat.

Ingredients

To prepare 4-5 servings you need to take:

  • minced meat - 700 g;
  • onions - 4 pcs.;
  • water - 70 ml;
  • cheese - 150 g.

You also need to prepare salt, ground pepper and mayonnaise. Their quantity should be chosen based on your own taste preferences.

How to cook

The onion pieces should be covered with water and ground using a blender until they become a paste.

Then you need to mix in salt and pepper, and then add all of this to the minced meat.

The mass must be thoroughly mixed and divided into 4-5 equal parts.

The remaining onion should be cut into rings and fried in vegetable oil.

As soon as the wedges become soft, it means that the heat can be turned off.

The baking tray should be greased with oil.

On top you need to put portions of minced meat, on which you need to put fried onions, a little mayonnaise and grated hard cheese.

The dish should be baked at 180 degrees for about 20-30 minutes.
