There is a dessert that is definitely worth trying for most sweet tooth lovers.
We are talking about a dish called "bananas in batter".
The dish consists of small “pies” with a delicate fruit filling.
The delicacy is distinguished by its incredibly appetizing appearance, bright taste and splendor. Household members and guests will be delighted with this dessert.
Take five bananas, peel them and cut the pulp into circles. It is desirable that the fruit is quite hard. If the bananas are soft, then it is unlikely that you will be able to prepare a normal dessert.
Next, prepare a deep container, break one egg into it, pour in 100 milliliters of milk, add one tablespoon of granulated sugar and a pinch of salt.
Mix the contents of the bowl thoroughly and begin to gradually pour in the sifted flour. You will need six tablespoons of the bulk product in total.
Once you have a homogeneous mass, you will need to add the following mixture to it: one teaspoon of vinegar and half a teaspoon of soda.
The result will be a batter in which you need to dip all the banana pieces.
The dessert needs to be deep-fried. Keep in mind that each "pie" will be ready very quickly.
