Cheesecakes can be fried in a frying pan or baked in the oven, which will only make them healthier and even tastier.

You can also boil the syrniki in milk, but that's tricky. There's another way - cook the syrniki in a multicooker. They say it turns out better than in a frying pan.

A multicooker is a great help, but many people don’t even realize what possibilities this electric “pot” holds.

It will take 30 minutes to cook cheesecakes in it.

Products:

  • cottage cheese - 500 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • sugar - 2 tbsp;
  • flour - 4 tbsp.

How to cook

1. Mash the cottage cheese in a deep bowl with a fork. And when there are no lumps left, beat in one egg.

2. Mix and add sugar. You don't need a lot of sugar, otherwise the syrniki will fall apart.

It’s easier not to add it at all, but to serve the syrniki with something sweet, for example, condensed milk.

3. Then sift the flour and mix it into a homogeneous curd mixture. It is advisable to control the amount of flour. The dough should not be steep or very liquid.

4. Form the cheesecakes and bread them in a small amount of flour.

5. Turn on the multicooker to the “Frying” mode and bake the cheesecakes for about 5 minutes on one side, then on the other.

However, the cooking time depends on the characteristics of the model.

Serve with sour cream, natural yogurt, jam or condensed milk. Enjoy!
