How to cook diet chicken cutlets: juicy and tastier than fried ones

You will need:

  • chicken fillet - 1 kg;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • onion - 2 pcs.;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • flour - 2 tbsp;
  • semolina - 1 tbsp;
  • salt and spices to taste.

How to cook

1. Peel the vegetables, and then you can grate them on a fine grater, put them through a meat grinder or process them with a blender.

2. Prepare minced meat from the poultry fillet and mix with chopped vegetables.

If you grind the meat in a blender, the mince will be more viscous, so the cutlets will not fall apart.

3. Add egg, semolina, flour, salt, spices, mix and form cutlets.
