The cooking process is quite simple.

What ingredients are needed for chops

  • meat - 360 g;
  • parmesan - 50 g;
  • breadcrumbs - 120 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • water - 2 tbsp;
  • flour - 70 g;
  • vegetable oil - 200 ml;
  • salt and ground black pepper - to taste.

How to cook delicious chops

The meat needs to be cut into portions, wrapped in cling film and beaten.

Then you need to do the breading. To do this, you need to grate the cheese on a fine grater, and then mix it with breadcrumbs and spices. In a separate bowl, mix the egg with water and shake.

First, the pieces of meat should be rolled in flour, then dipped in the egg mixture. Lastly, they should be sprinkled with a mixture of cheese and breadcrumbs.
