Pelmeni are usually fried or boiled. But such a simple semi-finished product can become more interesting if cooked in the oven.
The process is extremely simple.
For 500 g of dumplings you need to prepare:
The onion should be cut into rings and fried in a frying pan heated with oil. If desired, you can add a little salt and black pepper.
Then the onion should be cooled, mixed with herbs and sour cream. If desired, some of the sour cream can be replaced with mayonnaise or another sauce.
Grease the baking dish with oil, place the dumplings in it, and spread the sauce evenly on top.
The dish should be cooked in a preheated oven.
Dumplings should be baked for no more than half an hour at 180 degrees.
