Spicy Sandwich Spread: Will Be Gone in 5 Minutes

Sandwiches still remain a quick and effective snack for any occasion.
They are served at feasts, taken on the road, to work, or simply prepared as a snack. Of particular interest to housewives are spreads for sandwiches. Save the piquant recipe.
You will need:
- processed cheese - 150 g;
- eggs - 3 pcs.;
- carrots - 1 pc.;
- garlic - 3-4 cloves;
- mayonnaise - 1 tbsp;
- sour cream - 1 tbsp;
- salt and pepper to taste.
How to cook
1. Boil the eggs hard and grate on a coarse grater.
2. We do the same with processed cheese.
3. Pass the garlic through a press and grate the fresh carrots on a fine grater.
4. Next, mix the ingredients, mix the mayonnaise with sour cream and season the products.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste and stir.
Prepare the croutons, spread them and serve.
