Vinaigrette is considered a simple salad, but its benefits for the body cannot be overestimated.
Perhaps someone got tired of this dish in childhood. In this case, there are several rationalization proposals that allow you to update the familiar salad.
1. Boil the vegetables or bake them in the oven. Peel the onion (it’s better to take red) and cut into small cubes.
2. When the vegetables have cooled, peel and cut into equal-sized cubes.
The beetroot should be mixed with vegetable oil in a separate bowl, and then it will not color the other vegetables. The salad will look more cheerful.
3. Peel the apple, remove the skin if necessary (if it is very hard) and cut into cubes.
To prevent them from darkening, sprinkle the apples with lemon juice.
4. Cut the olives into tight rings and mix the ingredients in a salad bowl.
Season with vegetable oil and serve.
Bon appetit!
