It is very easy to prepare simple and very healthy cookies from natural ingredients.

This treat will be a great option for a filling snack on the road or at work. It is only important to choose the right proportions of all the components.

Ingredients

  • oatmeal - 2 cups;
  • bananas - 2 pcs.;
  • chopped nuts - 40 g;
  • dried dates - 12 pcs.

How to make cookies

Bananas and dates should be cut into pieces, mixed with a pinch of salt, a small amount of cinnamon or vanilla, and the rest of the ingredients should be added to them.

The mixture must be whipped in a blender, then divided into portions and placed on a baking sheet.

Cookies should be baked for no more than half an hour at 180 degrees.
