1. Buy the dough, defrost it, roll it out. It should be a 30x30 cm layer.

3. Pour hot water over the raisins, chop the walnut kernels, peel the pears, cut into cubes, and pour lemon juice over them.
4. Prepare sugar syrup by adding a little water to the bottom of a saucepan, pour in sugar and dissolve over low heat, then boil for 1 minute.
