Many people are used to associating candy only with sugar.

But if you start making natural homemade candies, you can easily do without this component.

In this case, it is enough to use only fruits and other natural additives.

For example, it is enough to take a banana, a little honey or cocoa to please yourself and your household with healthy treats.

For two bananas, it is enough to prepare 150 grams of oatmeal and a teaspoon of honey.

The flakes need to be crushed and the fruits turned into puree. Then the masses need to be combined, and a teaspoon of honey added to them.

Once all the ingredients are mixed, you can form the candies. After that, they need to be put in the refrigerator for an hour or two.

If desired, oatmeal can be replaced with coconut flakes. In this case, the finished candies can also be rolled in shavings before being put in the refrigerator.
