This is, of course, healthy, but you won't surprise anyone with such a dish: the taste of the product becomes less bright and interesting. Although frying cannot be called a healthy method of heat treatment, it will allow you to serve a great dish to the table.
If the fruit has a thin skin, you can even leave it, but first you need to wash it thoroughly. It is believed that this allows you to preserve the shape of the product.
The size of the pumpkin pieces should not be large.
First, add vegetable oil and onion to the frying pan. After two minutes, add spices. It is believed that this method will make the dish much tastier. It is best to choose different types of paprika, pepper, a mixture of curry and chili. Nutmeg and coriander also go well with pumpkin.
Next, add two cloves of garlic, chopped with a knife, and mix.
Then it's the pumpkin's turn. After you've laid it out, you can add sugar. Some add regular sugar, but the cane variety is healthier. No more than a spoon is taken per kilogram of pumpkin.
As soon as you notice the formation of a special crust, you can add a little butter.
Towards the end of cooking, add lemon juice or salt, at your discretion. The appetizing pumpkin will be ready after 15 minutes of frying.
