1. Roll out the puff pastry into a layer and place it in a baking dish, greasing it with vegetable oil.
2. Cut the fish into slices and grate the cheese.
3. The pie will be much juicier if you add onions and carrots, after frying them in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
4. Cover the pie with the second layer of dough and make several punctures on the surface with a fork.
Bake the pie in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
