If you're used to buying dough from the store to make homemade pizza, it's time to stop.
With the recipe from this article, you will get an equally delicious base for baking, but at the same time prepared using only familiar and inexpensive products, namely:
Sift the flour into a deep bowl and make a well at the top of the resulting mound to fill it with water.
Olive oil with a mixture of eggs and salt, previously beaten with a whisk, should also be sent here.
Please note: You may need some more water when kneading the dough.
When the dough is almost ready, place it out of the bowl onto a floured surface and continue to stir vigorously for another 7-10 minutes, then shape it into a ball.
Knead the dough for another 5 minutes, and then you can let it "rest" for about 30-35 minutes. Use this time to prepare the filling.
After about half an hour, the dough “ball” will need to be rolled out, after which you can begin filling the base with the filling.
This pizza needs to be baked at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
