Combine the cottage cheese with sugar, eggs and salt. It wouldn't hurt to add salt and vanilla (we didn't include them in the list of required ingredients, as you only need a pinch of each).
Use a hand blender to achieve a homogeneous mass. Now add flour (or semolina) and mix the resulting substance thoroughly.
