Milk

Bread is soaked in this product, but you shouldn't do that. The cutlets may turn out to be of poor quality. Experienced cooks claim that milk has no place in minced meat.

Instead, it is better to place the bread in a container with plain water.

Onion

It is difficult to prepare a decent dish without this vegetable, but chopped onion can only make cutlets worse. Therefore, pass the vegetable through a meat grinder or fry it first until fully cooked.
