First, you need to choose the right fruits. It is better to take medium or slightly smaller ones. Such vegetables cook faster.
The beetroot needs to be washed thoroughly and then pierced in several places. After that, pack it into a baking sleeve. It is advisable to make two small cuts on it so that the sleeve does not burst.
Next, the packaged vegetable should be placed in the microwave for 5 minutes, but with one-minute breaks. For example, the root vegetable is heated for 2 minutes, and then “rests” for another minute.
After this, you need to "free" the vegetables and throw them into boiling water. You can immediately add salt and bread crust. The latter product will save you from the smell. You need to cook the beets for 10 minutes. No other manipulations are required.
