Every housewife probably knows how to make syrniki, but not everyone gets them fluffy.
It turns out that it's not the products used that matter, but the baking method. So what should you do to make your cottage cheese breakfast fluffy?
To prepare syrniki, you will need to combine 500 g of cottage cheese, an egg, 4 tablespoons of sugar and 10 g of vanilla sugar in a deep bowl. Add a pinch of salt.
70 g of flour should be sifted into the same bowl, while thoroughly mixing the curd mass.
Form cheesecakes from the resulting dough – you will get about 13-15 of them.
Place the disc-shaped blanks on a baking sheet previously covered with parchment paper.
Bake the cheesecakes at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
To serve, use fresh strawberries, orange zest and cream, which in the classic version can be replaced with sour cream.
