Vegetables are often stewed or boiled, which is undoubtedly very healthy, but not always tasty.
And if we talk about asparagus, for some reason it is believed that there are not many ways to cook it. But now there will be at least three more ways.
It turns out there is nothing easier. Grilled asparagus, like other vegetables, turns out juicy, aromatic and delicious.
It is enough to marinate it in olive oil, add salt or spices to taste and you can cook it on medium-temperature coals – 5 minutes and it’s ready.
It is better to take a cast iron frying pan, melt butter or heat vegetable oil in it. Cut the stems into medium-length pieces and fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring.
Then transfer to plates, sprinkle with grated cheese and drizzle with lemon juice.
This method is suitable for preparing thick stems.
You need to take a baking tray or baking dish and grease it with vegetable oil.
Place the asparagus at a distance from each other, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper and other spices and herbs to taste.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.
Serve as a side dish or main course.
