What products will be needed?

- a kilogram of cabbage;
- 1 large carrot and two onions;
- two large spoons of tomato paste and flour;
- a small spoon of vinegar;
- half a small spoon of sugar;
- bay leaf, salt and other spices at your discretion.

How to cook

First, fry the carrots and onions for five minutes. Then add the cabbage itself and try to mix the ingredients. Then pour in a sufficient amount of water and cook the dish on low heat for forty-five minutes.

Then you need to add spices, salt, vinegar and sugar to the cabbage and bring to a homogeneous state.

Mix flour and tomato paste in a small amount of water, add to the main dish. In five minutes, the perfect stewed cabbage can be turned off.
