Many nutritionists are firmly convinced that vegetable juices are much more beneficial than fruit juices.
If you also decide to enjoy the unique taste and useful qualities of this drink, do not put it off for a minute. And do not let the lack of a juicer stop you.
To prepare fresh juice you will need the most ordinary grater.
Grind the vegetables using a grater (if you have a blender, use its “services”), and then place the resulting mass in gauze or cloth.
All that remains is to tie the piece of cloth in such a way that it forms a bag, and squeeze out its valuable contents into a previously prepared container.
To prepare vegetable juices, you can use tomatoes, carrots, beets, celery, cabbage or cucumbers.
Important: the vegetables you plan to use for making juice must be fresh and free of external defects.
Don't forget to thoroughly wash the vegetable raw materials and peel them if necessary.
