A simple solution to the problem is available to everyone.

During the frying process, cooks face various problems: persistent odor, oil splashes, fish sticking to the pan.

In the latter case, there is no chance of preparing an appetizing and beautiful dish. No matter how carefully you remove the fish from the frying pan, it will still fall apart.

However, this result can be avoided. Experienced cooks have developed an effective scheme, thanks to which the fish will never stick to the frying pan.

Before frying, you need to do a number of simple manipulations. Many people roll the fish in flour or breadcrumbs before cooking. But often the usual layer is not enough.

To prevent the fish from sticking to the pan, you need a thick layer of flour or breadcrumbs. Also, pour more oil into the pan.

Fry the fish in very hot oil for 3-4 minutes on each side. Then you will get a perfect crust that you won't have to tear off the surface of the frying pan.
