However, there is a method that will reduce the preparation of this product to 15 minutes, and there will be no such unpleasant smell.

Before you start, you don't need to peel the beets, just wash them and remove the top layer with a thin sponge. And you don't need to cut off the tail.

To make the cooking process faster, it is advisable to choose not very large root vegetables. By the way, they are tastier.

Do not add salt during the process – only to the finished dish.

After a couple of minutes, add some bread crust to the pan, which will help eliminate the unpleasant smell.
