Most people think that traditional American cuisine is primarily fast food.

- 1 large onion;
- 2 eggs;
- 3 tablespoons of flour;
- 50 ml milk;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- vegetable oil for frying.
1. The onion needs to be peeled and cut into thin rings.
2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add vegetable oil.
3. Place the onion in the pan and fry until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
4. When ready, transfer the vegetable to a plate and leave to cool.
5. In a separate container, mix eggs, flour and milk, then add salt and pepper.
