As soon as fresh vegetables appear, thoughts arise about how to cook them: marinate them or do something else to make them tasty.
This is just the recipe for when fresh vegetables suddenly seem boring. It's quick to prepare, but it's delicious and can be served with shashlik.
Chefs who have tried the recipe assure that preparation does not take much time.
First, you need to cut clean vegetables. Cucumbers are cut into long strips, and tomatoes are more conveniently cut into quarters or smaller ones - depending on the volume.
Next, you need to cut off the narrow neck of a large plastic bottle and place the blanks inside the vessel.
Then you need to chop the garlic with a blender, mix it with salt, spices and herbs. Finally, add oil and vinegar.
The marinade is mixed and poured over the vegetables.
Cover the bottle with cling film and stir the contents.
If you really want it, you can serve it in a few minutes, but it’s best to leave the snack in the refrigerator for about eight hours.
Bon appetit!
