How to Make Real Rafaello at Home: Finger-Lickin' Good

Instead of convincing you that homemade “Rafaellos” are incredibly tasty, easy to prepare and in no way inferior to store-bought ones, we simply suggest that you try them – and your doubts will disappear on their own.

So, to make sure that our words are sincere, first of all, you will need to prepare the appropriate ingredients.

Among them:

  • fatty butter;
  • coconut flakes;
  • peeled almonds;
  • condensed milk.

Mix a pack of butter with condensed milk and coconut flakes to form a homogeneous mass.

Now take the resulting blank to the refrigerator. In the cold, the mass for future candies should stand for an hour.

After 60 minutes, you can begin to form the “Rafaello”.

Don't forget to place one almond in the center of each ball, and then, when the candies are ready, roll them in coconut flakes.

Place the treat in a container and chill it in the refrigerator again – this time for 3-4 hours.
