Many women, and even members of the stronger sex, refuse the pleasure of eating pasta for dinner, as they consider it too high in calories.
That is why we suggest you prepare a light and healthy dish for dinner – the so-called “false spaghetti”.
The list of ingredients may not seem the most accessible to you, but the authors of the recipe assure that this “pasta” is worth trying.
So, the main ingredient is two small zucchinis, which should be washed, dried and shredded using a vegetable peeler or a Korean carrot grater.
When our “spaghetti” is ready, turn on the heat under the frying pan and, after it warms up, grease it with olive oil – 3 tablespoons will be enough.
Place the zucchini strips on the hot surface and fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Now you can remove the "spaghetti" from the pan - put it on a plate and add 400 g of cherry tomatoes, cut in half, 200 g of diced mozzarella, a bunch of fresh basil leaves, 2 tablespoons of capers and 2-3 crushed cloves of garlic. Don't forget to add salt.
All that's left is to grind a quarter cup of salted almonds into coarse crumbs and sprinkle them over the "paste" before you serve it.
