How to season vinaigrette to make it much tastier: you will cook it instead of Olivier

Vinaigrette is very easy to prepare: just mix the chopped vegetables and season the resulting mixture with vegetable oil.

It turns out to be a very tasty dish. However, the lack of meat components makes this salad much less nutritious and aromatic than "Olivier".

However, the situation is easy to fix. It is enough to prepare one interesting dressing, and the taste of the vinaigrette will be transformed.

You will get a festive dish that will be a worthy alternative to the traditional “New Year’s” salad.

The main thing is to add more vegetables. It is worth using not only beets, potatoes, onions and carrots. It is good if the dish includes pickles and peas.

How to Make Vinaigrette Dressing

The mixture that will be used to dress the salad should consist of the following components:

  • sunflower oil;
  • mustard;
  • lemon juice.

Just mix all these ingredients in equal proportions and you will get a great vinaigrette dressing.

The dish will acquire a piquant taste. Both "spiciness" and "sourness" will appear.

Thus, the vinaigrette will be incredibly aromatic and will become a real “hit” of the holiday table, despite the absence of meat and some expensive ingredients.
