There is a popular myth that in order to prepare a luxurious dish, you need expensive types of fish.

Amateur cooks believe that a truly tasty treat can be made from salmon, sea bass or dorado.

But experienced chefs assure that a luxurious dinner can be prepared using more budget-friendly seafood.

You just need to follow a simple recipe, with which any fish will turn into a work of culinary art.

Recipe

1. For 200-300 g of fish, take 50 g of tomatoes and 20 g of butter.

2. Add lemon – 3-4 slices, as well as basil (about 10 g) and olives (20 g).

3. Wrap all ingredients in foil or parchment paper.

4. The dish is cooked in the oven for 20 minutes at 160 degrees.

Lemon sauce for fish

Any fish can be served with a simple lemon sauce, which is very easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • egg – 1 pc.;
  • lemon – ½ fruit;
  • mustard – 1 tsp;
  • butter – 60 g;
  • water – 40 ml;
  • spices – to taste.

1. Mix mustard, egg and water.

2. Then add the butter and spices and heat the mixture on the stove until the butter melts.

3. Finally, add lemon juice and a little zest. After that, boil the sauce for another 1-2 minutes, and then serve with the fish.
