How to defrost fish correctly

Defrosting of fish should be carried out at a relatively low temperature.

Therefore, the product must be transferred from the freezer to the refrigerator shelf.

But you shouldn't put the fish on a plate on the table. The thing is that the product should defrost slowly.

Marinate the fish

One of the secrets to soft and juicy fish is its proper pre-treatment.

The product should be placed in a deep container with marinade.

Ideally, the latter would be a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice and various spices.

Preheat the oven to the desired temperature.

The baking tray or baking dish where the cook placed the fish can be placed in the oven when the temperature reaches 200 degrees.

Cooking time depends on the weight and size of the product.

If you need to bake a kilogram fish, you will have to wait 40 minutes. But small fish will be ready in 20 minutes.
