How to Make Hot Sandwiches with Cottage Cheese: They'll Be a Big Hit

- 100 g hard cheese;
- 1 egg;
- 100 g cooked sausage;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- chopped greens;
- spices to taste.
The cottage cheese should be rubbed through a sieve and mixed with the egg and grated cheese.
Add salt and ground black pepper, a pinch of curry, garlic passed through a press and finely chopped herbs.
The cooked sausage also needs to be grated and thoroughly mixed with the remaining ingredients.
