Would you like to have a cup of tea while enjoying the taste of flaky, crispy and golden cookies?

Then let's get to work - prepare the necessary ingredients, and you can start baking. You will need:

  • 300 g cottage cheese,
  • 100 g butter,
  • 260 g flour,
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder,
  • 100 g sugar,
  • Vanilla and cinnamon – to taste.

Place the cottage cheese in a deep container, add butter and a pinch of salt, then mash everything thoroughly with a fork.

Now it’s the turn of the baking powder (can be replaced with soda quenched with vinegar).

Add sifted flour to the cottage cheese and knead the dough. Wrap it in film and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

After half an hour, roll out the dough into a layer approximately 3 mm thick and sprinkle with a mixture of regular and vanilla sugar.

Roll one edge of the layer to the middle like a roll. Do the same with the opposite edge. Now cut the roll into 1.5 cm thick pieces, each of which can also be sprinkled with sugar on one side and flour on the other side.

Bake the “ears” in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
