Few people know, but even at home you can make very tasty, crispy, and most importantly, not so harmful chips.
To do this, you will need 1-2 potatoes, which should be peeled and cut into circles.
Try to make sure that the thickness of the pieces does not exceed 1 mm.
Now rub the preparations with salt and your favorite spices - you can even use bouillon cubes (in this case, you won’t need salt).
Alternatively, try using dried garlic, turmeric, ground paprika, hot peppers or other spices.
Now transfer the potatoes to a plate, forming one layer.
Place the dish in the microwave for 2 minutes, setting the power to maximum. If after the specified time the potatoes are still pale, the number of minutes should be increased.
Repeat the operation with the remaining potatoes - and now you have a whole plate of potato chips in front of you. Serve them with your favorite sauce.
