Many people love stewed cabbage, as the dish is inexpensive, tasty and very healthy.
However, sometimes it becomes boring to cook a dish in the same way, because every person wants variety.
Therefore, you can prepare stewed cabbage a little differently, adding just a couple of new ingredients.
- 200-300 grams of any minced meat;
- about 300 grams of cabbage;
- one onion, carrot and tomato;
- a spoon of tomato paste;
- a glass of water;
- salt, spices and herbs to your taste.
First, you need to heat a frying pan with any vegetable oil, add onions and carrots and fry for a few minutes.
Then we add the meat component and bring it to full readiness.
Then add the chopped and peeled tomato, stir and wait a few minutes. It is best to dilute the tomato paste in the specified amount of water and add it after the tomato. At this stage, you can add salt and spices, stir and cook for five minutes.
Next, add the cabbage, cover the dish with a lid and bring to readiness. When the cabbage becomes soft, the dish is ready - all that remains is to season it with chopped aromatic herbs.
