Anyone who loves potatoes will surely love this recipe, which makes them crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Here's what you'll need to prepare a delicious side dish:

  • 500 g potatoes;
  • 1 tablespoon potato seasoning;
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil;
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs;
  • a pinch of dry garlic;
  • salt and ground black pepper – to taste.

The potatoes need to be peeled, washed and dried, then cut into longitudinal slices and placed in a deep bowl.

Add all the seasonings and salt here. Make sure that the spices do not include dry herbs - they will burn at high temperatures, which will give the finished dish an unpleasant aroma.

Pour the oil into the remaining ingredients and mix well so that the seasonings soak each potato slice.

Now place the potatoes on a baking sheet, cut side up.

All that's left to do is generously sprinkle the potato wedges with breadcrumbs and you can put them in the oven.

Bake the dish at 200 degrees for 3-40 minutes. To make sure the potatoes are ready, pierce them with a toothpick.
