Milk

If the baking dough contains dairy products, then milk is ideal for greasing the dessert. The dish is removed from the oven and milk is applied immediately. This makes the treat softer.

Butter or vegetable oil

An appetizing appearance and aroma, softness - all this is provided by butter. If the baking dough does not contain animal products, including milk, then butter is replaced with vegetable oil.

Sugar syrup

A sweet roll, a bun, a sweet pie or a cupcake are desserts for which sugar syrup is ideal. Experienced cooks improve the aroma of this product with vanilla, zest, star anise, cardamom, and almond essence.
