However, this does not mean that mistakes are not made.

So, many amateur cooks forget to perform some important steps after adding pasta to water.

But not every cook knows about the need to stir a product that has just been in a hot liquid.

If you don't do this, the pasta may stick together. As a result, instead of a tasty side dish, your household will get an unappetizing-looking mass.

The mixing procedure will need to be repeated periodically.

Using the lid

Immediately after the first stirring of the pasta, the pan should be covered with a lid.

This needs to be done so that the water, which has stopped bubbling, reaches a sufficiently high temperature again.

If you ignore the recommendation, the liquid will heat up slowly. As a result, the cooking process will be disrupted.

The lid can be removed in just half a minute.
