Microwave Chips: A Quick and Easy Snack Recipe

If you come back from the store and already at home you realize that you forgot to grab a pack of crispy chips, in the company of which you were going to while away the evening in front of the TV, you should not run back to the supermarket.

Instead, make your own potato chips at home, as you'll likely have the ingredients in your kitchen.

What do you need? Just 10 medium potatoes, as well as a small amount of fine salt and your favorite spices.

The potatoes should be peeled, washed and cut as thinly as possible (approximately the thickness of a sheet of paper).

Rinse the pieces in warm water and then leave to dry.

Once the slices are dry, rub in the salt and spices with your fingers, then place the future chips on a microwave-safe plate and microwave.

You can take the dish out when the potatoes turn brown.
