Fresh greens and the first fresh cucumbers are already appearing in stores. Not many dishes can be prepared from this set of ingredients, but it's not the vegetables that matter, it's the dressing.
The same salad sounds different if you use sour cream, vegetable oil or something more original.
Let's tell you about one piquant dressing for a traditional spring salad.
Cucumbers are cut into circles, placed in a bowl, dill and parsley are finely chopped and mixed with cucumbers.
Separately prepare the dressing. To do this, mix vegetable oil, mustard (you can use several types), salt, and spices.
Remove the zest from the lemon and orange, squeeze out the juice, add to the dressing and mix.
Then mix the cucumbers and dressing and let it sit.
Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly, separate the bush into individual leaves and lay them out on a plate.
Place the salad on top of the sheets and pour over the remaining dressing. Cool and serve.
Bon appetit!
